Overlooking the Andaman Sea and Koh Phangan, this spacious modern villa with private pool is the ideal location for a tropical holiday. Oleander Villa is situated in the lush green hills of the Santi Thani development commanding a spectacular views over the treetops to the Gulf of Siam and the islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.
Entering the villa through its double front doors the galleried entrance hall draws you towards the pool terrace and stunning view.
The spacious master suite with dressing area and ensuite bathroom is on the upper floor with large balconies that catch the first rays of the morning sun. The second and third double bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor a few steps from the terrace and swimming pool.
The upstairs living room is comfortably furnished and leads onto another large balcony.
