Our beautiful home is situated off Highway 27, which is fast becoming a real centre of excellence for holiday villas, and it is close to both Interstate 4 and Highway 192 with its vast array of restaurants, shops and bars. Although only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort, the community benefits from the fact that it is now a fully completed community with immaculately kept landscaping, which backs on to a conservation area. It really is a special place to enjoy your relaxing time while on the holiday of a lifetime!!.
You will be close to all of the major Florida attractions, and keen golfers will certainly not be disappointed with the varied and many championship courses nearby. Our local management company is on hand 24 hours a day should you require their assistance at any time. A new Super Walmart has just opened which is within 5 minutes of our villa for that Walmart shopping fix that so many regular travelers to Florida would not want to miss, and any new Florida visitors certainly want to take a look too! There is now also an internet cafe on hand, this is within 2 mins of the villa for those who need to check-in on their emails from time to time. We know ourselves, that sometimes you do need the opportunity to use a PC, but also know it can be a distraction from your holiday and family time. It can be nice to feel you are on holiday from your P.C too!

This exquisite vacation villa was completed in July 2004 and situated in the prestigious Calabay Parc. Calabay Parc is conveniently close to all theme parks including Walt Disney World,Universal Studios,Sea World and much more. If its golf you are after Champions Gate golf course is only 5 minutes away.If its just a relaxing day at your vacation villa your after apart from a private pool and spa Calabay Parc boasts its own children's playground ,sanded volleyball court and seated area on site so there is something for everybody at Calabay

dryer, there is also a door from the ensuite leading to the patio and pool area.
Twin rooms:
There are two twin rooms which share the third bathroom one of which is a Disney
themed children's room, both have closets with ample storage space.
Family room:
The family room is spacious with double sliding doors leading to the patio and
pool area. There is a large TV., video., DVD and play station for all the family to
enjoy, the room is tastefully decorated with top quality furniture. There is a
sofa which converts to a double bed for any exact guests. There is also a ceiling
fan.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with all modern utilities including dishwasher, range
oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker and much more. There is a dining nook
which seats 8 comfortably over looking the lawn. There is a separate laundry room
with washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
Patio area:
Consists of a sparkling pool and spa with children's safety fence(not
overlooked)there is also patio furniture which includes table, chairs and sun
loungers, lanai with ceiling fan.
There is also a double garage with plenty of storage space.
